Sign says open 11-9 every day but when we tried to get inside, the doors were locked and the employee inside just looked at us... and walked away! Very rude and disrespectful. Read more

Best backyard burger in the area. Not busy, food was delicious! Really though the automated drive through ordering system was... cool and made ordering a lot easier than speaking with a real person. Staff was a bit off putting. Didn?t greet us or speak tous. Seemed annoyed that they had to get me a new drink since their soda machine was only soda water and not actual soda. Read more
Ordered the blackened chicken sandwich which was not blackened, very light and tough with seasoning just threw on it and my... milkshake was so thick had to wait forever to taste it. The best part of the order was the fries only! $11.69 for fries and ashake. I threw the sandwich on the side of the road. Read more
Food is good. Drive thru takes longer than usual but is ok. Just an observation that the Drive thru window is sooo dirty, I... don't think the person given the food at the window could not see or they just don't care. Manager needs to take better care ofthis restaurant. Read more
We just love the Back Yard Burgers on Germantown Pkwy. The staff is awesome, so friendly and polite. We've been coming here for... the last several years, stopping to eat after having a cancer treatment. Keep up the great work that y'all do! Read more
