Took an hour to get our order. Everything was correct on the receipt but the food was either too burnt to eat or wrong, had a... breakfast burrito and they made it completely wrong. They put chili and jalapeños with a taco shell that?s it. They was out ofall drinks and half the menu, the fries tasted stale. And didn?t even get half the food we ordered. Too busy with that 1 car in your drive-thru to answer the red button at stall 1 1as we waited for 5 minutes and didnt even get a... "be right with you" (cause all your other computers are rebooting.) Knocked on the "employees only" door. Not even a glance.Must've been shocked when I called and said "If you can answer the phone, you can answer a red button." Stopping real quick for food on our roadtrip. We pull into the first stall, took over 5 minutes just to order our food, having... to repeat it numerous times getting barely any response from the guy taking our order. Then our food comes out & our order ismessed up & one of the sandwiches is completely burnt and black on the bun and chicken. I never leave bad reviews because I understand people have off days. However, this restaurant was absolutely appalling. We were... passing through on our road trip and trying to get a quick lunch for our two young children. Corn dogs. Easy enough. Three of usdidn?t even get to eat. We hit the highway as I waited for them to cool down. Pulled them out so they could cool down faster.I?ve never received food from a Sonic like this. The corn dogs were so burnt they were blown apart and the hot dogs were black.I wish I would have taken pictures. They were absolutely inedible. Unacceptable from a restaurant. Read more
Sonic deserves no stars. They?re just SORRY! I went through the drive-thru. They asked could I wait a sec before they took my... order. 10 min go by and I?m saying Hello so I drive around to the window. It?s 2 girls just standing there talking and I askedwhat are y?all doing. Anyway. I place my order. I got a chicken toaster club meal and a small popcorn chicken. My club sandwichdid not have bacon or cheese like it should have and out of all of my popcorn chicken there were only 3 that actually hadchicken. The rest were just crispy fried bits. This Sonic was a great stop for us. Very happy to see they had a bathroom here! Wasn't expecting a clean customer restroom. Food... wise, kids were happy. Can't go wrong with their shakes. Will include this next time we pass thru here in a couple of weeks. Read more
IF I COULD LEAVE NO STARS I WOULD!!! this is suppose to be the new banana pudding milkshake. Me and my sister waited over and... hour for our food and when we got it, it was burnt. Didn?t get a chance to take a picture because it was thrown out of thewindow as soon as I took two bites. This establishment needs to BE CLOSED! Terrible service, broken machines, dirty dining area. When I arrived I noticed other people walking off without food, which I... found odd. After finally finding a machine that worked, since several were either off or had an error, I pressed the button andwaited for several minutes while I watched the staff just hanging out inside. After waiting for a while I finally gave up as Isaw the single car in the drive thru also not getting service. I can?t believe how terrible this business was run & is somehowstill open. Read more
