It was breakfast time. We visited this Cracker Barrel and had a very bad experience. We were taken to our table which was one of... the few clean tables in the restaurant. Most of the dirty table stayed that way for the entire time we were there. We observedothers being served and in most cases the server did not deliver the right order or if it was right, the complete order. Ourserver finally appeared and took our drink order of coffee and water. Due to the volume of business we knew to be tolerate ifthe service was slower than normal but not to the level that came about. Our server finally took our food order but was in agreat rush and did not seem to have time for questions as we both have to eat gluten free. We sat and sat without any contactfrom our server until she rushed by to deliever food to another table but then returned the food to the kitchen as it was thewrong order. At this point we decided to leave. We offerred to pay for our drinks but to cancel the food order. The manger, inseeming desperation, pleaded with us to stay but we just wanted to pay for our drinks and leave. She comped the drinks which wethanked her for and then left. It was a very poor experience and seems to be repeating itself at other Cracker Barrrels that wehave visited. Read more

At 1st I want to Give comps to Terrell our greeter and host. The guy has a genuine smile and made you feel welcome. I had the... meat loaf today and it was great as usual. Very good service. Read more
The food was ok, a little lacking in the flavor department. It was freshly made so kudos for that. Not much else to say.
This is the second time I've been to this cracker barrel, & had a problem with food. The first time was on Thanksgiving & the... server could care less about it. I spoke to the manager about & he agreed it was wrong & tried to fix it, but by then I wasupset & Thanksgiving dinner was ruined/ over. This time I wanted fried chicken to go. When I got home & saw what was in the boxI just shook my head. I've traveled a lot & know what the fried chicken is at other cracker barrels, but the one in Cordele hassomething really wrong. We enjoy stopping in at this Cracker Barrel just off of I-75. Service and food quality have consistently been excellent through... years of stopping to eat there on the way home. This time there a spectacularly beautiful sunset to welcome us! Read more
The food is always good, but the service on this visit was was not the best. The food was good but waited 45 mins, no food all... while others came in ordered got food and left. The training coordinator checked on our food but the waitress hardly bothered tocheck on us. But the food was great. Read more
This is easily our favorite place to be in for both shopping and dining. We love everything about it! As for this specific... branch, there's wide parking area, big store and even bigger dining area. The staff are courteous. Very clean. Love the spicyfried chicken! Read more
