Absolutely avoid this papa johns at all cost id give it negative 100 stars we took my kids and wife and mother in to eat they... were so rude when we was placing our order they left out our cheese sticks wouldnt make our pizzas right barely had a drop ofsauce on the pizza and was so loud in there we had to take our triplets and leave so at all cost I would avoid this papa johnsso very disappointed in them also when we took our food back they were so hateful about giving our money back for it. I ordered $60 worth of food to get a pizza with a large hunk of chewing tobacco in the middle. Of my kid would have ate that..... keep in mind he not even 2 he could have gotten seriously sick Don't order food here the "manager" Josh said no one in the storechews tobacco. We ordered a pizza online and we got the pizza mind you one pizza and one garlic knot $40 which was fine but 2 1/2 is Inch in... there was no toppings there was no stuffed crust like I ordered. so I call and it was well done and I did not order well done nomatter what they say. So I called them to see if they would make it right they told me they had no way to make it right becauseI ordered online if I would?ve used the call Center they would?ve took care of me but since I ordered online they could not doanything about it so of course I got mad and I told him I wanted my money back so I went back there the manager was extremelyrude And arrogant. would not help out at all I took one bite of my pizza and put it back because that?s how bad it tasted but myhusband happen to eat his whole piece even though we were returning it we returned the whole pizza except for one piece and hesaid that he could not give us our money back because we ate two pieces and I told showed him we did not so finally he did sayhe credit it back but we wouldn?t get it for 7 to 10 days which is fine but the rudeness the arrogance that this place had isridiculous I?m not happy and I will be posting this other places. The only issue I have with this place is that they?re using Uber drivers that really could care less how you get your pizza.... Sometimes it shows up an hour and a half and they simply sit on the front porch or outside the gate with no call or no knock onthe door. Read more
Was picking up dinner on my way home from work, my phone died when I was trying to place my order over the phone. They had... recently changed their policy and only took orders online or called in. Manager was very helpful and let me place my orderin-store and had it ready for me in less than 15 minutes. Great service! Read more
This place has the worst service of any business I have ever dealt with, rude extremely slow service and an outrageous customer... service experience, they made us wait an hour, then sent our order through Uber eats, so that they could place the blameelsewhere, tried to resolve the situation and was hung up on three times, and they refused to even refund my money, stay away atall cost, horrible service, and horrible people beware.
