On our way to Florida we always stop by Corbin Kentucky the birth place of Kentucky Fried Chicken. We make it a point to stop... in and have some of their fabulously delicious finger licking Kentucky Fried Chicken????I definitely recommend too all myfriends, family and anyone driving through Kentucky off of I-75, to stop by and try it for yourselves, it's to die for????Theyhave also renovated the museum inside and out, it's a must see. So much history from where it all began and to the many yearsto follow of KFC, to the brilliant man who had a vision and started it all in that crisp white suit holding the Famous KFCBucket. Till next time Kentucky?? Read more

Stumbled upon the birthplace of KFC when I just happened to be in the area travelling looking up a KFC nearby as I thought I... best get one in Kentucky whilst I'm travelling! It's a great idea to merge a museum with the birthplace KFC restaurant. It hasgreat displays you can marvel at to pass time and there's a video running of old KFC ads and Sanders footage. The meal was greatand so it should be, especially at this historic home of the original recipe chicken! But to enjoy it in its home restaurantsite and home state was a treat. I spent a few hours in there. You can also sign the digital guestbook and see where people aresigning in from and add your mark. The screen also shows handy, local tips and recommendations of things to see in the area. Read more

This is the fastest food service I have ever experienced! The food was not only served fresh and hot our orders were ready for... us to grab and take to the table before I ever finished paying for my meal! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable if youhave any questions. The museum part of the restaurant is very cool. It shows from the gas pumps from one of his original jobs tohis life story and how he come to create KFC! There?s a lot of history to be seen and experienced here! I recommend this toanyone who loves to learn and loves fried chicken. Read more

The museum and restaurant was closed because of the pandemic when we visited, so we ordered take-out. We got the original recipe... fried chicken along with the traditional KFC sides. It tasted amazing at the time, but I'm not sure if it was because we hypedup the fact that it was the original branch or because we were on a long road-trip hahaha! Fun experience overall! Read more

Happened to be in Corbin, so thought we'd check this place out. This combination of free museum and KFC restaurant was really... interesting (and 2022 newly remodelled). I learned quite a bit about Harland Sanders and his dedication to service in all thevarious displays. Then I got a "taste" of it, for real. We ordered lunch, but the cashier was brand new and made a mistake onour order (which we didn't realise until we went to our seat). An employee noticed something wasn't right and came to speak tous...he went and corrected our order for us (we didn't even have to get up). That was so very kind and well, honestly the bestservice we'd experienced in years! We ended up spending longer than intended here, and purchased souvenirs as well. Thank you tothe gentleman in the lobby who assisted us on June 3 around 3pm. Read more
