I drive about an hour to eat here several times a year. The food is above average, the prices are fair. It doesn't matter if you... order a steak or the buffet, you will get an enjoyable meal. And Rose Ann is an excellent server, but I have never had poorservice in the 24-30 times I have eaten there. Read more

First impression on this place is a small dimly lit dining room area with a carpeted floor that needs replaced, but overall not... terrible. The price seemed to be a decent deal. There is roughly 4-5 small bars that make up the buffet. The steaks are readilycooked medium rare and well done. The main bar has chicken, ribs, pulled pork, and several side dishes. Then a salad bar anddessert bar with several options. One downside, no soft serve ice cream. The steaks were tender and tasted well. The ribs werefall off the bone and probably my favorite dish here. The sides were warm and seemed fairly fresh. The service was quick andfriendly. Our waitress was Renee, she seemed to be on top of her game even with a crowded dining room. Don't sleep on this place! We arrived about an hour before closing. The buffet was still fully stocked and had a good selection.... The fried chicken was moist and had good flavor. I tried both the MR and MW steak thinking since it was on a buffet the MW wouldbe dry and tough, it wasn't! Prices were good given the current economy too, family of 5 for roughly $51 (we did have onlywater) everyone was actively busy cleaning and you could tell they had been busy. This place was a surprise. On a trip we were looking for a place with healthier options than fast food and took a chance. We did... the lunch buffet and were impressed. The selection was great and as good as it gets for buffet food. Great salad bar as well.Waitresses refulling drinks and plates were attentive and friendly.
