The food is well made. It's not super flashy, but I don't think anyone is coming here expecting caviar and fine dining. The... staff have always been kind enough to provide an unflinchingly welcoming atmosphere. I also spoke to a waitress there, who toldme that she was allowed to stay there by her bosses when her only other option was going to be staying on the streets. My husband and I go out to breakfast every Sunday. We used to go to a different place every week until we found this diner! We... now go every Sunday and the owner and server know us and our drinks. I wish I wasn't moving after discovering this amazing little breakfast/bunch spot. The staff was terrific, even tho they were... short staffed, and served us in a timely manner. Everything on their menu is homemade. My hubby and i went here for breakfast on a sunday. Wasn?t that busy, I got the basic breakfast and hubby got the steak and... eggs. Hustle and bustle at this great spot. Occassionally there is a wait for table, but any wait is worth it. If Cinnamon roll... pancakes are on special, an awesome choice. Kudos to the ownership and staff for continuing to serve up great food in a familyatmosphere. Enjoy! Read more
