Absolute screw up of a company. Never get the orders correct and the staff look dirty treat customers rudely and unprofessional.... Watched multiple employees return from outside smoking weed and never even washed their hands before handling food. Go to BurgerKing or Wendy's in moon. Better food better service and they will get the oder correct. Read more
I love the friendly employees during the morning hours. They are professional and they have great customer service. The evening... shift is another story. Its teenagers running the restaurant. They are rude, they don't greet you, they'd rather talk to theirco-workers than the customer, they have ZERO customer service skills and good luck getting your order right! Particularly, thereare young girls that aren't friendly whatsoever, they make you seem like you're bothering them by ordering food. It has gottento the point where if I see them working, I just keep on driving. I would give 5 stars to the morning crew, and 0 stars for thenight shift when those awful girls are working. Oh and their slushie/ice cream/frappe machines work half the time. Pathetic! Read more

Everytime I get a latte they never put the flavor in it and when I say something I get attitude. I don't know what happen to the... staff. But I use to love going there. Emily was always pleasant and happy. And it's like it's now a whole different crew. Theyhave no idea what they are doing. And we sat in the drive through for over 25 minutes. But our fries and nuggets where hot whenwe finally got through it. I did a Mobile order as it's easier for me to make sure everything is correct. Read more
