Was not even able to be served here. They showed ?open? online, so I walked over in the rain from a nearby hotel only to find... that they were only taking ?mobile pick up? orders, and drive thru. So after 10 mins of downloading an app and creating a loginso I could do mobile pick up, the pick up app said ?this location is not accepting mobile pick-up?. So I asked an employee whatthat was about and she said that means the store is technically closed to everything except drive thru, and that they needed togo lock the door now. But they wouldn?t take my order even though I was there. So I left the store after approx. 15 mins of mytime wasted, and no food/drink. Suggestion - if you are going to be closed to mobile orders or walk-ins, update Google toreflect this, and also lock your doors to walk-ins. Read more

This is the worst Dunkin I've visited. I actually feel bad for the staff because something is obviously very wrong at the... management level. You can only order in drive thru, and you should expect to spend at least 20 minutes in line (I was there for30). The worst part is, once you're in line you're stuck--the only way to leave is thru the drive thru because the outside exitlane is too narrow to pass the dumpster. (To me this is a safety issue.) These employees are holding it down and deserve a raise. The store is understaffed but they are showing up and delivering... excellent customer service and menu items. My iced coffee was perfectly made, donuts were super fresh. Read more

The hashbrowns were super burnt, and somehow still not fully cooked. We had to wait about 15min to get our half-dozen donuts... that we ordered online 10min before we arrived. This was the first time I've ever ordered food from Dunkin' Donuts, and if I'min the mood for donuts again, I'll go literally anywhere else. Read more

I fundamentally don't understand what is so difficult about selling coffee and donuts. At over 7 minutes per drive thru order,... there is no point of stopping unless you're going to be first in line. Oh and don't think you're getting out of line becauseyoure 20 minutes in and moved 3 spots. Nope, not with their horribly designed parking lot which evidently is a corporatetheme. Starbucks is overpriced and pretentious, Dunkin has crept up and can't sell you a coffee in under 10 minutes. I'm doneexperiencing bad customer service and rude employees who don't work, while corporate complains about not being able to find goodhelp with lazy people wanting twenty an hour to sling coffee 4 hours a day. I'm making coffee at home, hopefully watching theseplaces close, and voting correctly so things get back to normal asap. Read more

Dunkin? Donuts is my favorite place to not only get pastries but they have the best coffee. Way better than Starbucks and they... support the military by giving a hefty discount to military veterans. Read more

Would give 0 stars if I could. I've given this Dunkin' multiple chances and they have disappointed EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I used... to work at Dunkin' and I know the company standard. This isn't it at all. The Boston Creme Donuts never have enough cream in themiddle or chocolate on the top. The glaze is not made properly so it doesn't set and the Donuts are always soggy. They never payattention to your order and the staff is rude. I am never coming back again. Read more

On June 21st at 4:30pm I received Horrible customer service at this location they locked the door early for no reason. I stood... outside waiting to get inside to place my order and no one opened the door and when I looked inside to let the employee thewhite gentleman with a ponytail know he gave me the finger to wait, but never opened the door and I noticed someone insidewatching the whole time. Bad business at this location. Read more
