This place has given me a bit of a bagel addiction. I stop by every Saturday to get a breakfast sandwich. Always good.

Told myself in 2019 I would never return to this location after I had to witness a manager or owner scream at his young employee... because he was vacuuming during store hours. Mind you, I was the only one in the store and I had my earbuds in, so I didn?tmind. Today, I went in with my dog and asked for two plain bagels, only to be very rudely told by the guy that animals aren?t allowed. I said okay and before I could even say he?s a service animal, he basically ignored me and went to the back. I was inshock, so I quickly put my dog in my car, then went back to the register waiting for my bagels. The guy continued to ignore meuntil the young lady serving another customer told him I was waiting for my bagels. Even though it?s probably not legal torefuse service to someone with a service animal, I didn?t have a problem with the no animals policy since I only needed to dealwith this jerk for 30 seconds to get my bagels. The problem was how rude this guy was and his lack of professionalism.Definitely will never return to this location. Read more

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I went there this morning to meet a gentleman to sign some work documents. I thought I would buy a... bagel, since I was using their tables. When I sat down, I was immediately told that I could not eat in the dining room, so Iwent out to my car to wait for my business partner to arrive. A worker from the store came out to my car and said I could sitin the dining room for as long as I like but could not eat. So...I went back in to the store. Told them I would just not eatand that I needed to get some papers signed. Within 2 minutes, the same worker came and said that the manager needs me to leavesince I was there more than 5 minutes. I come to Brueggers all the time now since recently getting some coupons! It definitely reminded me of their presence. My... favorite thing so far to get is the Egg, Ham and Cheese on a Rosemary and Olive Oil bagel. I don't know what they do to it butit tastes amazing and it's a good price for the flavor you're getting! Highly recommend trying them out to any new locals orvisitors. Read more
