Long wait with only one person working. Finally, two cooks baked out of they gourds and reaking of marijuana walked in the front... door to help the poor girl that was taking orders and cooking all by herself. If I could write 0 stars I would , got home with take out order, half of wings were missing so I called back and told manager... they messed up . The guy say oh yeah we forgot to tell you we are out of wings we have to call district manager and get moreblah blah . So he knew that when I showed up and got my order only half of it was there ? And the 10 wings we did get whereabsolutely horrible . Will never go there again and I advise anyone to as well ! Said he would refund half of order but neverreceived refund it?s been a week ! 0 stars if I could why you might ask? I understand it being a Saturday there are a few games on and it might be busy but 20 mins... late? And the driver was rude he tried to tell me I didn't put what I wanted to drink down so instead of calling and asking theygave us pops that we didn't like. And he argued with me until I went to my phone and showed him that I ordered cokes! he thenstarted to drive away mid conversation saying there was nothing he could do? Then my wings were wrong old and cold! My friessoggy and cold! The way the driver treated me and the bad food I will never give this location my business again! Terrible, unfriendly service. The meat was good but had hardly any sauce on them. As a huge wing fan, I was excited to try this... place while in the city for our daughters surgery but I think this location turned me off from ever getting wings from thischain again. Read more
The girl employee was very rude and was argumentative. Very unfriendly staff. Will most likely not be back. Also wings lacked... sauce. After the management saw my review they were very nice and resolved my issues. Read more
Where is Vaughn????? What happen to smiling faces and good customer service? Super rude, music was sooo loud. Workers were very... rude and short. Alot of eye rolling. The girl didn't even smile, acknowledge or attend to me until after 10 minutes of mestanding in front of the register waiting for my pick up order. Then waited an additional 30 minutes for an order that wasplaced way before my arrival time. Very argumentative. The manager is super unprofessional and they're all questionable. Theygave me fries that were sitting in the fry basket for who knows how long. Chicken tasted like it was cooked in burnt oil. Firstimpression is key and the environment is a horrible first impression. Seems like there's a bad batch of apples. Read more
If the chicken wasn?t so good, we?d give up on this place. Tell me they?re waiting on fries in 2 minutes. 10 minutes later they... wake up and realize I?m still standing there.
