Hungry waiting in line in their dual ordering system.. was there for a couple minutes. Person on left of me finished taking... their order. Another person pulled coward and they proceeded to take their order before mine.. Whatever don?t like McDonald?sanyways. Was there for the convenience. But you have lost my business at your location FOREVER. Read more
Drive-through a slow. Person taking my order was not interested in helping custom. My order was incomplete. They were confused... and had to ask me what my order was. French fries were perfect. The Burger was not hot. The bacon was lukewarm and lackedflavor. In short employees were not concerned with customer experience or quality of food. Read more
Worst McDonald?s I?ve gone on my life. I ordered large fries, oatmeal and vanilla iced coffee: I was given medium fries... instead of large, the ketchup on the counter machine was expired and was exploding out of the machine when pressing it, theoatmeal was dry powder and hard because they didn?t put enough water in it, they didn?t give me a spoon to eat it when it wasfor to go, and the coffee was given to me in a soda cup and was only regular coffee from the hot coffee pot and they put ice init. Horrible and cheaper than what I paid for. I couldn?t eat the oatmeal even if I had a spoon, the coffee was horrible and noketchup for the smaller than I paid for fries. Read more

Employee walked in behind me to this mess and proceeded to go outside to enjoy a smoke with his energy drink. No soap in the... men's room and empty hand sanitizer. I can't imagine what's going on in the kitchen! Another sign of our crazy times. Read more
