Their orange juice machine has been out of order for a week so I ask for tea; "sorry sir, we're out of tea bags." The other day... I went to the counter, "Hi, how can I help you?" When I start to give my order she immediately cuts me off, "Sir, I'm speakingto the lane!" aka, the drive through. Ok, that's fine, then why are you standing at the front counter?! Absolutely horrible service at this McDonalds. My son went inside to order to go and they took his order, but did not bother to... start preparing until after I went inside to see what was taking so long. It was over 10 minutes that we waited for his order,and they were NOT busy at all. They didn't apologize for the wait, just started making it after I came in and asked why it wastaking so long. The employees were all goofing around, laughing, singing, and on their phones, NOT working at all. My son triedto use coupons that he had online with his order, but none of it got rang up that way and we ended up paying full price for themeal. This location consistently has very poor service. We will not be going back again after today. There needs to be aresponsible adult manager present so that the employees get work done and stop goofing around. Stopping through to get gas and something to eat. Placed an online order while at the gas station downtown the street, pulled up... there?s no one here. Place is empty doors are locked. Drive thru line wrapped down the street of people trying to order. Quitecomical honestly but I?m hungry and now I?m out $10 and no food. Pay people enough to show up to work please. Read more
Worse customer service ever, the employee gave me my order with no napkins when I asked she gave me 1 for 3 orders and when I... asked for more she threw them on me and smacked the window, I stayed there and asked for the manager when she came she also hadattitude I knew I'm wasting my time and if I don't leave I'll escalade the problem so I left, but I've never seen a place thatunprofessional. The worst service I've ever experienced in any McDonald's anywhere. Took 8 minutes for an employee to come to the counter for My... breakfast order. I paid and they forgot to make it. After 15 minutes I said something and she never apologized and only got mehalf my order. I waited another 10 minutes thinking she was getting it but she wasn't.
