This Burger King has been good every time I come here. The food is hot and always delivered quick and accurate.
I stopped thru around 10:45pm trying to buy my 2 year old a kids meal. First I pulled up to the menu the automated system said... they were closed but online said they didn?t close till 11pm I waited for around a minute nothing. I pulled around to the windowand waited for the car to pull off when I got to the window I said online shows you dont close until 11pm. From then the managerhad an attitude saying I didn?t give him time to answer when I sat and waited for one minute. I stated you are supposed torespond within 3 seconds even if it?s just to say thank you for choosing Burger King I?ll be right with you. He got even moreupset and said whatever what can I get you I asked for a kids meal cheese burger for my son he said we don?t serve kids mealsafter 10pm I said that?s a lie so you telling me my son can?t have a kids meal. I then stated you know what I know Travis Ericaand derick and that I will be letting them know about this tomorrow so he said peace and shut the window in my face and walkedaway. Very unprofessional. This was definitely not a pleasant experience. We pulled up to the drive through and we're greeted with "hi." So we said "Hi!"... And paused to figured out what we wanted to order. The man taking the order then said "So are you ordering food or are you justgoing to talk?" I'm not sure what his problem was, but I definitely don't believe that we were the ones who deserved theattitude. Apparently they can't make a kids meal after 10 either for whatever reason. Even though it's literally just acheeseburger and fries but with a toy ??????? But overall he was just very rude. He wasn't wearing a name tag, or a burger kingshirt or anything either so I've attached a picture of him. And everything but the fries were barely lukewarm. I'm sure thesandwiches and nuggets had been sitting there in the warmer for a while. At least we got fresh fries I guess. Glad this isn'tour normal BK, we definitely won't be coming back. Read more
Great experience, I Love Berger King, that being said Corporate needs to make a few changes get rid of the nasty golden nuggets,... and serve real chicken nuggets, also go back to the original size of the Whopper Jr. They just recently changed the size toextremely small. I don't like that at all. Read more
Did not taste good. Meat was tasteless. If you are looking for a cheap burger, go to McDonald's instead. Quality is not great at... this restaurant. It's not necessarily the staff's fault, but the product given to them. The fries tasted very bland too. Theonly good thing about it was the drink that came with my Whopper burger meal. Building was clean, but the food was the problem.Very disappointed. Never again will I eat at a Burger King. Next time I'll go to only Freddy's or Culver's for a fast foodburger. Burger King is the offbrand version of an Aldi's chicken sandwich left to dry in a salt bath for three weeks longer than... medically required. However the staff could literally not been kinder if they had given reach-arounds through the drive through.I would probsbly visit just to give them money if I wasn't broke as a joke. Read more
