Really good Thai Curry - both the yellow and red were tasty. The spicy eggplant was also fire. Just be sure to go lower on the... spicy scale when ordering if you don?t have a high spicy tolerance. I enjoyed and the service and interior were excellent. However, I felt they were stingy on the meat. This has happened to me... before here too. My pad Thai with beef had barely any beef, so I had to leave most of it. Shame as other than that it isexcellent but the meat is what you?re paying for! The elephant in the room is this place is awesome. Blue Elephant is among the best Thai restaurants I?ve been to. The food is... super fresh with generous portions. I even had leftovers! I got the Hawaiian fried rice. It?s a great option for a littlespice if you want it, but without if that?s more your style. Also, the Thai iced coffee is worth a try. I will be coming back! Driven by a lot finally decided to stop in and try it and so glad we did. I ordered the Pad Mama and my wife ordered the Drunken... Noodles. Both came out fantastic. It's definitely among the best Thai places we have been to. We ordered with extra veggies andthey mean extra it was loaded. Overall I really liked this place, the server/hostess was extremely nice, and although she thought I was in over my head when I... asked for the spiciest option, she and I had a good laugh about it after I finished it in stride. The price is a little steepfor the portions, but it was so tasty that I can excuse it. Otherwise the food was hot, tasty, and I had no problems at all.
