I love Starbucks, come here all the time during my break since I work in the plaza but today was lack of service. My order was... supposed too be ready at 4:20 and I waited over 20 minutes, didn?t even acknowledge me, three girls that worked there lookedright at me and still didn?t acknowledge me, they weren?t even that busy and then after 20 minutes they finally ask me what thename was on my order. Then after waiting another 5-10 minutes the girl tells me they threw away my drink and they are remakingit and she made my drink rushing it and it was mostly ice. The lack of care those employees had. Guy behind me in line asked mehow long I was waiting and he was upset too. Very concerning of how much lack of care those employees had. Read more
This has been my go to location for years. Always been fast and reliable until sometime in the last few months. Not sure what... happened but the service is so so so slow. Ordering ahead is never ready, requires waiting with a handful of others as we waitfor orders to be made. They used to be efficient and really on top of things. Today when I finally got my order I got to the carto discover my food item was still cold/partially frozen. Pretty frustrating. Read more
Super slow. They were all concerned for seeing each other and giving each other hugs as someone came in to work. Also, I assume... an employee came in and they were not on schedule but the workers talked to her a lot and made her drink before mine when I hadbeen there first. The worst Starbucks experience ever. I normally go to the 441 and west boca location but I have an appointment in the area so I... figure to stop off for some of my daily routine and getting my favorite beverage and food. The worst decision ever!!! I waitedover 25 minutes to get my pink drink and the baristas have no sense of urgency seeing customers have been waiting for more than20 minutes. It?s unacceptable to wait more than 5 minutes for a coffee drink. I do not recommend this location and you?re betteroff at a different location!!! Read more

I love Starbucks and I have been coming to this location for years but won?t be anymore. I am in the industry so I get it but... the slow service here is outrageous. I kept giving it a shot but after several months of waiting for my mobile orders anadditional sometimes 20 minutes at the counter I am done.
