The customer service every time I go is terrible the same girl is always at the cash register never says hello and never smiles... and it?s the worst vibe in there I only go because it?s the closest one near me i have been going for years i don?t know whathappened with hiring people who are at least says hello and smiles no one ever uses manners ? the manager really needs to lookat there crew i don?t know about nights but the day time is the worst . ESPECIALLY the girl at the cashier. I went to this establishment where the employee entered my order size incorrectly. Keep in mind I paid for extra products and... tipped. When the employee admitted he entered my order wrong all he and the manager had to do was switch out my smoothie, Iwould've even paid the difference. The employee threw away my smoothie. Being unprofessional and behaviors of pettiness doesn'tseem to be apart of Smoothie Kings principles or is it. I am for sure calling corporate! Really inconsistent with quality. Sometimes they don?t even use the right ingredients. Either the staff avoid eye contact and... pretend like you don?t exist or are clearly putting on a fake sense on customer service to the point it?s sarcasm. Which is justsad imo Read more
Stay away, got me a hulk with mango and pineapples. Food poisoning was the result, it was the only thing I drank. Look up all of... the issues Smoothie King has been having with food poisoning, mixing rotten fruit with new is not the way to do business. Read more
Update. Just went to smoothie king at 8:50. The staff is sitting at the table and they said they are closed. When did 9pm... become 8:50? Management needs to handle this. Customer service is horrible. I was told ownership changed. There are manynew employees that seem to not know how to operate the business. I was there yesterday - they had no cash drawer/no change. The associate said she didn?t know when the employee would be back with change so they could not take cash payments. I?mliterally sitting here orders another person wash out dishes while four orders are waiting. We are all waiting here watchingthem clean when they could wait, process our orders, then finish what they are doing to close out the store for the evening. I?ve been here and had multiple people whose orders were taken AFTER mine served before me. The place is a customer servicenightmare. They need better training and to have someone here that can show these young people, new employees how to run thestore. I only continue to come here bc of the proximity to the gym and my house. 6/8 Guy in front of me said his didn't taste right and threw it in the trash can. Got mine and it was way too watery plus flavor... was off. Oh well, I kept it and drank 20%, got a stomach ache and threw mine in the trash too! Also it took over 20 minutes foremployee to make 3 smoothies. Yuck! Read more
