It's Pollo Tropical. What more can I say. If you're going there you know what to expect. It's good Hispanic food at a reasonable... price (hard to find nowadays). Sometimes the beans need a little salt but that's ok, I can sprinkle it on if needed. Serviceisn't the best but let's be real you're not there for the service. The food is like eating home cooking without the hassle ofhaving to cook and clean. I feed my family of 5 for about $27 and I don't feel like I ate some greasy fat filled burger andfries. Read more
We first ordered via UberEATS (whole chicken with 3 sides, Cuban sandwiches, 3 desserts) and upon not receiving most of our... order (the family meal and desserts never arrived but we were charged the 50 dollars for it) we came in to reorder. While there,the management stopped taking orders and was being rude to people who walked in. He even yelled at us when we asked for "abunch" of cilantro garlic sauces because "a bunch isn't a number". Seems there are some issues here with staffing and supplybut our order was fine the second time around, albeit an hour later and after having to go there. Haven't been here in a while because they can never get my order correct. Thought I'd try it again. Order the new wings, got... home they were awful so salty and burned. Brought them back ordered a family meal got home completely burned and unable to eatmost of it. I was hoping there was a place to post a photo. The worst Pollo Tropical I?ve ever been. Showed the guy on the website the food I wanted, because he couldn?t see it on their... wall board. He said the products on the board were for the whole franchise but not all restaurants have it. We tried orderingchicken strips for our daughter. They hadn?t, we asked for apple juice, no apple juice. We ended canceling our order because itwas better than be guessing what they still have to sell. Read more
The worst experience of food and service!! The drive thru associate was extremely rude , we were buy food for our children and... requested can the pls cut the wraps in half that was not fulfilled, the portion size of the wrap was extremely small as you cansee in the picture, the rice was under cook so we had to throw it away!! I order a Shredded chicken bowl for my daughter and askcan they please not put the spicy sauce because she's one and they still put the spicy sauce on it as you can see in thepicture, as well as the rice being undercooked!! She literally stated choking!! We spent about $21 dollars all went to thetrash! This is the only location that is like this!! Look if y'all looking for a good place to eat don't come here!! Classic South Florida fast Cuban food. On my 11/30/21 visit I ordered the guava BBQ tostones and the Coconut Nog cheesecake they... had on special for the holidays. Both were good though I think the guava BBQ ribs and guava cheesecake are better. 2nd visit on12/4/21: Had the 1/4 grilled chicken and the Cuatro leches cake. The chicken is amongst the best chicken I've had in arestaurant, fast food or not. The marinade they use imparts a perfectly tangy flavor to the chicken and the skin has a nicecrisp. The leches cake is decent but they put too much whipped topping on top and too little actual cake on the bottom. Theguava cheesecake was better, I hope they bring it back. 12/5: Had the Cheesy Yuca Bites. They looked great in the pics but inactuality weren't that tasty. Just tasted like any other processed fried cheese food. I wouldn't order again. Read more
