I gave them 3 stars instead of 5 because they again forgot to add the chicken to my salad. It has happened a few times, when I... arrived home with my takeout and find out the chicken is missing from my salad. I have learned to check before I leave thestore but it never fails that the day I do not check is day the chicken is missing. A while back, this happened I called and wanted to go back to pick up the chicken. I arrived expected just the meat but they gave me a new salad and took the old onefrom me to throw it away. I was not rude, I know mistakes happened especially when it's busy. I just simple requested to go backfor the chicken because I wanted the protein. Instead of getting an apology when I was handed the food, the girl had anattitude. I left and was skeptical about eating the salad so I just threw it away. I did not do a review than because I justbrushed it off thinking she was having a bad and probably dealing with something else that had nothing to do with me.. Very disappointing! I love their broccoli cheese soup and tuna sandwich, so I tried the family feast deal for my kids? dinner.... The margherita pizza had toppings only in the center, only cheese on the other slices, and both pizzas had a very tough andflavorless crust. The Greek salad had mushy olives and tomatoes. Read more
Love Panera, hate the inconsistency. Often times the sandwiches are soggy and thrown together, while other times their made just... right. Same goes for the service, I?ve experienced really nice cashiers, and some not so nice ones. Sometimes the tables areclean, sometimes their not. Last night I went to the Panera in Coral Springs for the new Chicken Take Signature Sandwich I have been hearing about. Went... inside and there was only two couples eatting, it was pretty quiet. My order was taken and served very quickly at the counter. I got my order and carried it to a table. Alot of the tables were not bussed and were dirty. I found a table and sat down. Thesandwich was a lot smaller then the one pictured, it was more bun then anything else. Tiny piece of chicken. For $11, I wasexpecting more. I tried the sandwich and found it to have a strange almost citrus taste that left an after-taste. The bun was alarge brioche roll that was fresh and very good. Overall I would not recommend it. It is a quite place and it was not as busy as others Panera stores. Easy an simplified menu. Order was made just right. Food... looked great and was delicious. As always a little pricey but it is a destination for me. Both employees were genuinely nice. Ienjoyed my visit there. Read more
