Last time I go to a McDonald's, the cashier barely spoke and misunderstood every single word I said, her name was Nash...... something like that. When we paid. I checked the receipt and there where 4 or 5 mistakes so i went back and she called somebody( too young to be a manager) and when he finally understood what I wanted, he re-did my order and I was over charged by $8.00 ,which he refunded in cash. When the order was called, he did not offer any sauces or anything, he forgot a drink, so I askedfor ketchup and he said they did not have ANY, how do you expect to eat fries with out it? So I had to ask for other sauces, noregular mustard. The fires I ordered were medium and he gave us large, and the fries where cold. Also, he gave us 2 extracheeseburgers. Food was tasteless and small. Very bad service and food. This is the reason why Chick fil-a is beating them insales and service. Do not recommend it. Read more
All the cheeseburgers were missing the meat and the cheese stiff cold. We went back inside. All employees were laughing... including the manager cause it was funny. But when we left with the new cheeseburgers they were all missing the onions andpickles. Too much fooling around in that place. Make sure you check your to go. Read more

I do not normally do reviews on fast food restaurants but i think this deserves some glory. This morning i decided to stop and... get breakfast from McDonald's (im not accustom doing this) the drive tru was very organized and clean. The yound man that tookmy order was so polite and professional and most of all patient. Went up to give him my money he said good morning again, verynice young man, even though he was busy he did not rush me or seem to be annoyed or oerwhelmed. Went to the other window ibelieve its the manager that handed me my bag and drink. Let me tell you she was so nice greeting me with a big bright smile, agoodmorning how are you? Omg she was the most pleasant individual i have ever met especially in a fast food place. I took my bagand she said have a nice day, i even pretended to move to see if it was an act but it was not she was still smiling even whiletalking with the few workers that came out to work. When i reached to work i opened my bag and my mcmuffin sandwich was stillhot and fresh, my soda (dont judge me lol) was nice it was not watery and cool. I must admit this is far the best McDonald'sthat I ever been to. The customer service was exeptional, the food was hot and fresh and the drink was cold and gassy. From theroad you would not know that there is a McDonald's because its neatly tucked away. The cashier name is Sidal I am not sure if itwas the general manager that gave me my meal but the general manager name is Shelby Pardest. I know it was a manager because thelady had on a blue shirt. No chicken available for almost a week already, got bored always eating fish fillet. French fries are old stick and over cook... that is why theyre overcooked toasted french fries. Grrrr. Read more
