11/7: Everything was pretty ok, pasta dish was very bland but the noodles themselves were made perfectly?I ordered take out:... chicken Picasso which includes sautéed spinach and mushrooms in a Marsala sauce. Also had the meatballs w marinara as a side. The chicken could?ve used a little searing, seemed boiled? Sauce was barely there?Meatballs were perfect! Food was still pipinghot when I picked up. I have ordered delivery at least 6 times in the past 3 months. I have tried quite a few Italian Restaurants but I love the sauce... here which is everything as far as I am concerned. Everytime I have ordered dinner that came with salad or soup and I chose asalad it was a joke. One small slice of tomato, one small slice of cucumber and lettuce. I even called the owner one time tocomplain but he was not very apologetic and said he gives it for free with the dinner. Well tonight for the first time I stoppedin and ate dinner there. The salad was very nice and nothing like what they send me when I order delivery. I mean not evenclose; so I don't get why you wouldn't give the same salad to someone who eats in or has it delivered. I will also say fromdelivery I never thought their garlic rolls were anything but average but eating them fresh in the restaurant they were verygood. They just don't travel well. I will try to eat there when possible to really enjoy it. Also not sure why I the customerhave to go to the counter and place my order and then get my own soda from the fountain. Absolutely LOVE this restaurant!! This is a family owned business. Great, cozy, very comfortable atmosphere. The pizza is made... fresh right on the spot. The pizza is delicious!!! We always follow it with a bag of Italian donuts (zepolli ?). Fresh and hotand finger licking good! They also have a ton of other food . Fried ravioli with sauce, seafood pasta Alfredo. All of itdelicious!! What I really love about this place is the homey, family atmosphere. We just celebrated my birthday here lastweekend and had a great time! First and last time eating here. They are still in covid mode. Order at counter ( which feels fast foodish), then go. Sit at... your table. Ok, kitchen help drops off soup and salad, and I asked for cheese for soup. He says it's over there (pointing to thefront). Omg. He couldn't get it for me, as a courtesy? Then someone (I think the owner) came over with the dinners, slid them onthe table, practically rushed away without saying a word, like enjoy your dinner. Food was average. I've ordered from here occasionally, food was usually... okay. *My most recent order of a sub (7/2022), the meat was overcooked and tough. This was a to go order. I called, no realresponse. Been to this place before and ate inside, but this time ordered the pizza to go instead of eating in and the pizza was already... made(if they comment, will say everything is fresh to order) yeah, OK ????. Tomato sauce was dried up, and pizza was stone coldand live less than 5 minutes away. I tried calling and letting them know and said the food will NEVER taste the same...hmmm sowhy offer take out then? The guy on the phone told me he would give me another pizza, but I had to return the other pizza.
