This pains me to write as they always have great customer service and the food is always delicious, however no one expects to... get their food delivered and before you can open the bag you get hit with a contact high. The culprit being the JJ deliverydriver who has gone nose blind to the fact that his car smells like a permanent 'hot box' and now your sandwich, bottle ofwater, chips and even the napkins smell... I can't, won't eat that especially at work!!! Do better JJ, do better! Read more
The service was trash and my chicken caesar wrap was also trash hardly any chicken and it seem old the carpets needs ... cleaning you can smell the same stench from the carpet on your food for a pricey meal i wouldn't recommend it Read more
Best customer service, staff is extremely friendly and helpful. While I was grabbing my lunch, I saw one of the staff help an... elderly man struggling with a cane bring his food out to his car. Kindness requires so little effort sometimes but goes such along way. Keep it up! Read more
Great customer service but prices are higher then the competition for a small sandwich with barley meats and they charge me... extra to put cheese on my order lol. The bread is nice and fresh but the bathrooms was not clean and no soap ????. Read more

I ordered two number 9 sandwiches. When I got home one sandwich that did not have any meat on it. I called the store and they... were not able to help me. I failed to get a receipt but I also was not offered one. Mwke sure you look to make sure you get whatyou ordered. Read more
