Giant provided 2 meals. Not bad at all

This had been my first time trying their food. I had ordered a #56 Big Kahuna cheesesteak hold the regular peppers. I still... wanted the jalapeños. Meat was ok. Not fatty The sub size for a medium seemed kinda small and sandwich thin and I did notget any grilled onions. My thought they probably had onions and peppers mixed together and had decided to omit. Customer service is terrible. Spent 58.00 through delivery dudes service to purchase food. They only gave me 28.00 worth of what... I ordered called them and had to go pick up the remainder myself. No apology no discount nothing and the female who answeredthe phone would not let me speak to the manager Casey; however when I went to pick up order, Casey was aware of what happenedbecause I reiterated when I arrived. Did not care and did not apologize. Moral of the story if you order here while Casey isworking expect to receive zero courtesy, zero professionalism, and a wrong order because receipt says she was the server. Read more

Sub was great, good amount of meat. Staff was friendly and helpful as well.

Horrible customer service. Ordered for delivery through their app, the left a sandwich behind and wanted us to come pick it up.... If I wanted to there I would not of ordered delivery. The girl pretending to be the manager when I asked to speak to them. ThenI asked when would i get the refund and she hung up on me. Read more

I've had a few subs at this location, and each one was super fresh and great tasting! The location is always pretty darn clean,... and service is always fast and really nice...the people here seem to care about what they are doing....and are genuinelyfriendly! One drawback though, as with the other location I frequent, they have only wood/hard chairs...so if you have any backor leg issues you might want to bring a cushion with you. Be safe all. Read more
