My kids and I absolutely LOVE Jeremiah?s but the female workers there are ALWAYS so rude and annoyed to have customers! It?s a... very unwelcoming demeanor! We go 1-2x a week as a reward for our kids achievements (sports and grades) but honestly my husbandand I have been hating going due to how rude the girls are. To top the last 2 times we went the ice cream machines were down. Myhusband asked is there a ?discount? since we have to get our Italian ice then go over to MCDs to get ice cream to add to it. thegirl was so annoyed by him even asking and the next person she gave them a 2 free small coupon for the inconvenience while theystill ordered. We addressed that after they walked away and she gave us attitude and said well it Is what it is. Soooo rude!!!JEREMIAHS please choose to hire better staff!!! Yummy treat! I came here right after I enjoyed some slices of pizza next door at Pepperoni Grill. I like that they offer... samples if you are not sure what you want to get. I had a sample of the spicy hot chocolate before deciding to purchase a blackraspberry ice one which instantly became a favorite as I usually settle for the common chocolate one. Jeremiah's is a must go for those seeking the joyful sweetness of life that only Italian ice can provide. I'm surprised it took... me this long to actually try this place. The first thing you'll notice about this venue is that it's not a "walk in and dine"type venue. You place your order at the window outside then wait a few minutes for your dessert. There are many great flavors tochoose from available in a few sizes. Of course, this is Italian ice so prices are reasonable and usually stick around the $5range. The scoops are served in a plastic cup with a spoon. The only disadvantage is that your hands may get very cold ifyou're holding it the entire time. Alternatively you can place it down on any of the nearby tables. The ice is delicious,smooth, and satisfying. Depending on the flavor, the texture and consistency can vary. One of my flavors had the usual Italianice texture, which was noticeably different than the creamy chocolate scoop it was paired with. There are only a couple tablesavailable outside so this can become a first come, first served scenario, which is less than ideal for large groups. I visitedon a Saturday night and it was relatively busy with a small group gathered around and a few people ahead of me in line. Due tothis, expect to wait 5-10 minutes before ordering.
