I had to comment these ladies, I called and Monica was so professional on the phone and when I went in, Sheka was awesome... serving me. I have been to a few Jamaican restaurants and their service is horrible along with their food but this Golden Krust,the workers have good customer service skills. This establishment needs new management! New staff! New everything. It makes no sense every time I come there no one is at the... counter and no one greet you when you walk in?just have you standing there watching them talk and joke around?. Now let?s talkabout the service? The current manager shares with me, ?you?re not allowed to get oxtail gravy unless you get oxtails on myrice, she says, ?I?m the manager and if anyone says otherwise direct them to me.? Then I asked her to place my small rice in aregular container because I wanted potatoes and carrots , she proceeds to ignore me and then responded if you wanted a largethen I could have used the container?I?m like girl I?ll pay for the container I don?t need gravy-spilling all over my Italianseats!
