Terrible experience. I called in a order, and had my wife go pick it up. They first gave her someone else's order and charged... her. When she looked in the bag, she saw it was wrong. They then gave her our order and when we got it it was missing our toastand avocado. They also charged us $7 extra for turkey bacon. The staff member wasn't apologetic at all. Shoutout to Family Bagels of Long Island for adding the salad bar. Gives you a variety of options such as bacon, tomato?s,... cucumber?s, and many more. Such a flavorful combination. Highly recommend for anyone in the Parkland/Coral Springs area to stopby and give this place a try. Read more

I love coming to this place it?s fast friendly and fun. Jenn at the front counter is what keeps this place going. She works so... hard is always there making sure things are right. If she?s not there it ain?t running right. I love to dine in as well theowner is very pleasant and is always coming to check out in the dining room on his customers. Will be back weekly as usual. I have to tell you, I haven't been here in quite some time. We decided to give it another try because of the location... convenience... I can not say enough about the experience. Despite it being very busy, we were seated quickly, they had someyoung staff working the floor just to keep everything running smoothly. They were bringing drinks out, clearing tables,resetting, & the one young man was absolutely astonishing, you would think he was part of their family the way he worked. Ourwaiter was excellent & on top of everything. A young lady was walking around with samples, which I ended up ordering a lb. ofboth because they were outstanding (an egg salad & a buffalo chicken salad), which we'll have for lunches this week. Managementwas visible on the floor, checking that everyone was happy, which was nice to see. My teenage son ordered the "Hungry Man"breakfast sandwich & made all of us taste it because he was so in love with this sandwich. It was recommended to him, that if heloved that one, he needs to try the "Heads-Up" his next visit. My hubby ordered his "go to", mushroom & cheese omelet & said itwas the 1st he's gotten in a very long time that the mushrooms were actually sautéed first. Again, outstanding. My Greek omeletwas loaded with the ingredients & everything was cooked perfectly. Despite the cost being a little more than other localbreakfast joints, I am going to go with the saying, "You get what you pay for". The extra few dollars were absolutely worthit!!! I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, and the total was $3.69. The credit card receipt said $4.12. I asked to speak to someone... about the additional charge, and the staff and owner were very nice. When I asked about the additional charge, he said thatrather than upping his prices even more, he prefers to charge customers an additional fee to use a credit card. While the bageltasted fine, I did not like the additional charge to use a credit card. The owner claims he posted this policy on the door whenyou walk in, and that is what the attached picture is depicting. The food and service where fine, and yet I will not bereturning to this place as long as this policy is in place. Be ready for the up-charge to use a credit card. Read more
