I ordered a dish (Pabellón) that had meets, rice and plantains, and additionally I ordered a portion shredded chicken which is... a completely different dish. Both items also have a completely different price. I received the bowl order without the meat,only with rice and plantain. They obviously charged for both dishes. I called the store immediately to make a claim and theperson who answered the phone was unapologetic and implied that it was my fault for ordering extra chicken after ordering a fullbowl. I calmly explained to her that the pavilion was meat and that she had nothing to do with the second order, which waschicken, and she replied that she had read it that way, that she herself had prepared the dish and that they couldn't doanything. Again my fault . They couldn't return the money, they couldn't send another order. I asked to speak to the managerand first they told me that she had already left and then they told me that it was her day off and that they couldn't disturbher. To conclude they don't even care. Zero . I understand that mistakes can happen but the person who answered me on the phonewas implying all the time that it wasn't her fault because I was the one who had placed my order. Again my order was twocompletely different dishes. Terrible and disastrous customer service. At no time did she assume that it had been her mistakeor try to fix their mistake. Horrible experience ! The employees are nice and friendly. I ordered a cuban sandwich it was almost $10! I expected more than 1 thin slice of ham,... small bread, almost no meat and who makes cuban sandwiches with yellow cheese? On the menu it says they use swiss. I didn't openthe box until I got home. I was so disappointed. I will never buy anything there again. Read more
I have been ordering from this place every day for my lunch. The empanadas are great! I also order a bowl with my empanada and... the last two times I have received really old dry meat. For the price I would expect to receive better quality. I won't beordering the bowls anymore. It'd sad because this place has potential to be better. Read more

Went to this place with my grand daughter for breakfast and we had a rich combination of flavor to start the day with good vibe.... The sweetness and salty of the Cachito de jamón (ham roll) is simply inimitable..the chicken empanada with cilantro sauce,tequeños, along with mango juice and a malta.. exceeded our expectations..thanks Don Pan Read more
The service is poor, the food was salty and overpriced. Unfortunately an owner starts a business with a lot of sacrifice, but... the employees bring the owner to ruin with bad service and condescending interactions with the customers. If you find decentreview here, it must be friends and family. They need to improve the customer service as well as the seasoning of the food. Idon't give them one star because the lady was nice, but the guy not so much. Read more
