I made an order through Uber eats around 8:30pm for two salad bowls. I received two plates with white rice, chicken and spicy... sauce. Not even the vinagrettes that come with the salad bowls were added to the order. We were not able to eat it even if wewanted to. When u get to counter there are ants crawling all along the windows..inches from the food. We really need a health inspector to... ticket them. Its disgusting. Mentioned it many times. They are always out of stock of many items. Poorly run franchisebecause corporate allows this. They make u wait in line. Then u get to counter snd they make you wait while they make theonline orders in front of you. Plain rude. Why should a person waiting in line have to wait more for people who ordered online.Corporate is to dumb and cheap to change the process. This location, along with the one next to Pembroke Lakes, used to be the BEST around! Now this is one of the measurably worst.... While the service is consistently friendly, they are almost always out of 2-3 items, the ones they do have are often WAYover-cooked, lack flavor, or are spoiled (i e. the lettuce).
