Another negative experience. Wanted to give them another chance but left again without a purchase. This location is always out... of something and they do not tell you until making your order. They scraped the rice and chicken out of the containers. Lookedvery dry and with portions very, very small. And then informed no fajita vegetables. I?m a fan of Chipotle. First and last time at this location though. The place is dirty. 90% of the tables dirty. We saw fruit... flies on the soda machine. The food was cold. The employees have no consistency on how they portion. One bowl overflowing withprotein and the next barely any protein. Items on the front line empty and they scrape the pan for tidbits of cheese and dropsof sour cream instead of refilling it and giving the customer fresh product. Maybe the manager should be paying attention toeverything going on in the front instead of being on the back line talking nonsense loud enough for the whole place to hear.We?ve been here 30 min now and he has not stopped while the front line falls apart and customers are annoyed and complaining. Terrible service the manager had an attitude because we asked for chips an hour and a half before they closed. The person... serving the food refused to give extra cheese when if I ordered online it would be free. Everyone seemed annoyed that they hadto even do their job at all and I have ordered here before and it?s always an issue. Sometimes they only take online orders butif you?re there they won?t sell anything. Another time I ordered barbacoa and got half of the bowl filled and it wasn?t even theright food, and the last time I came here it was 9 and they didn?t have guacamole, cheese, mild or chips, over an hour beforeclosing. Why even open at all? If other locations weren?t so far from my house I would gladly avoid this one all together.Absolutely terrible. Read more
I come here from time to time. Prices are slightly higher than other location, due to it being in Coral Springs I guess. The... place is clean and traffic is what you would expect. Their staff is pretty responsive to requests and polite. I have nocomplaints. Read more

If i could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst chipotle to go to. I ordered online for store pickup my order was supposed... to be ready by 3:10-3:15 i got there at 3:36 to find out that my order was "taken" and that they had to remake it. There wasanother man there waiting before me and same thing happened to him. Very cheap portions not worth my money. You can tell by theway my food was served that they weren't very happy about it. I tried their new garlic steak bowl today, it was tasty and a little bit more moist than the regular steak. The only reason they... scored three stars is they were out of guacamole and I've noticed that the amount of food you get has gotten smaller. When I gota bowel in the past the contents were normally above the rim of the bowl...now it seems like you get about half as much as youused to. Shame....because I enjoy most things from here.
