When we got home, we realized that one of the two meals we ordered was completely wrong. I was given an Impossible Burger... instead of chicken fries. The two meals ordered were for my sons. I tried to call the number listed on the receipt and was takento a recording asking to leave a message, mailbox was full. No other option so I had to load both children (3&6) back into thecar and drive 30 minutes in rush hour traffic on University to get a refund. Needless to say both children were hungry so theysplit and ate the chicken nuggets meal on the way. I got to the drive through and the ?manager? was rude and dismissive. I wasvery polite, explained multiple times that I never ordered the impossible burger, I wanted a refund and because they wasted mytime and gas and both boys had to split the $3 nuggets and fries that I would appreciate a full refund of $15, no harm no foul.Surely such a small amount wouldn?t hurt, given that this ?fast food? visit now took over an hour out of my day. The ?manager?proceeded to speak slowly to me as though I was a slow minded person without my faculties or ability to do simple math. Irepeated very politely why I wanted the refund, to which he replied flatly ?we don?t have a phone? and just started saying ?goodday ma?am? over and over, louder and louder cutting me off and getting to the point of almost shouting at me! I?m sorry but whatbusiness ?don?t have a phone?? Incredibly rude, disrespectful and unprofessional right in front of my kids over a simple requestfor him to right a wrong that I didn?t cause in the first place. I wasn?t going to waste more time on him. I did call their 800number and filed a claim. Why is it that the drive thru was closed on a Saturday afternoon, makes no sense!! The u make the drive thru so long an orders... are not moving, stop shutting down the dine in area some people might to order inside or to sit down an enjoy there meal!!!???????????????? Read more

It is what you would expect from BK. Depends on who you get in a particular day, whether you get micro passive aggression for... simply coming there to order food. As if you are disturbing them by being a customer. ???? Food is usually made correctly. It?sclose by my apartment for when I have my lazy days and don?t want to cook. Just wish the staff was nicer. I understand that people make mistakes, but this has happened multiple times at this particular BK. The workers do not take... time to read special instructions. There are people with allergies and there comes a time when it is just plain negligenceversus mistakes. It?s obvious management needs to stress the topic of allergies. In 2017, I used to work overnight in and Iwould stop by here to get a late meal and every time I was on the highway, I would realize something was wrong with my sandwich.Fast forward to 2022, I decided to give them a try. Same issue. Not once. Not twice. Three times. Come on! Don?t even thinkabout calling because it goes straight to voicemail. Let?s not mention DoorDash? even worse.
