I ordered a mini dog bundle meal with a blue raspberry lemonade on my lunch break. When I went to sit and eat the pretzels were... a little over cooked which I don?t like and also I took a drink and it tasted like the machine hasn?t been cleaned or thelemonade was sitting out passed due. I proceeded to get my money back but the manager gave me a big hassle and was verydismissive when I was trying to explain everything. Very bad service, the seller was very rude, plus the gave me a slushy instead of a mango smoothie. When I asked for the... smoothie that I wanted, he insisted that the slushy was the smoothie in a very rude way. Never buy again in that place. Read more
I love their pretzels especially garlic parm, plain no salt, almond and cinnamon but the last 2 times there were no pretzels at... either location in the mall only the pretzels pieces in a cup. I don't get it since it's a place known for pretzels. I evenwatched others walk away too since there was none. This needs to improve. Read more

Fresh hot pretzels prepared just the way you like it! The giant pretzel comes with big crystals of salt or none at all. It is... buttery and soft what a treat. If you like the small bites they are great snack with a frozen lemonade. This is by far one ofthe most popular locations serving food at the Coral Square Mall. Read more
Delivery from this location is awful. The 1 star rating is for both aunt Anne and DoorDash, their delivery partner. I live less... than 10 minutes away. My order arrived almost 2 hours after I placed it. It was ice cold. The ice had melted into the drinks.The food was not sealed, and the delivery person was not wearing a mask. We are still in a pandemic last time I checked. I?vebeen trying to get help with this order for over an hour. DoorDash referred me to aunt Anne?s, who in turn, referred me back toDoorDash. 0% ownership from either side. Guess I have no choice but to chuck this in the trash and take the Loss. Ordered pretzel nuggets with cheese sauce. They only had one size. The pretzel was so hard and gross it was inedible, it was... terrible. Don?t go here if you want soft pretzel. They should of thrown those away they were so old. If you have to eat there,maybe ask how fresh the pretzels are, I regret not doing that. Read more
one of the worst customer's service attention... I ordered treats for my kids and the lady "Jenifer" was very disrespectful...... do not go to this store. Jenifer is horrible, she mistreated me in front of my kids and the attention was horrible. she was witha guy that was also with a horrible aptitude.... the service was 0 stars. Read more
