I ordered a mini dog bundle meal with a blue raspberry lemonade on my lunch break. When I went to sit and eat the pretzels were... a little over cooked which I don?t like and also I took a drink and it tasted like the machine hasn?t been cleaned or thelemonade was sitting out passed due. I proceeded to get my money back but the manager gave me a big hassle and was verydismissive when I was trying to explain everything. I only was given a refund for the drink and not the whole meal and had torebuy pretzel dogs I didn?t eat!!!! Never again!! Read more
Very bad service, the seller was very rude, plus the gave me a slushy instead of a mango smoothie. When I asked for the... smoothie that I wanted, he insisted that the slushy was the smoothie in a very rude way. Never buy again in that place. Read more
I love their pretzels especially garlic parm, plain no salt, almond and cinnamon but the last 2 times there were no pretzels at... either location in the mall only the pretzels pieces in a cup. I don't get it since it's a place known for pretzels. I evenwatched others walk away too since there was none. This needs to improve. Read more
