Terrible service!!! ???? Yesterday, at 7:47 PM I went to the Starbucks Coffee at Target to order a Mocha Frappuccino Frozen... but the associated "Brandon Marino" refused to sell me a Mocha Frappuccino Frozen because he said he closed the blenders becausehe has to start to close because Starbucks Coffee at Target in Dadeland Mall close at 9:00 PM. But at the moment I made my orderit was 7:49 PM and by the time Brandon Merino finish to tell me his argument about why he didn't want to sell me the MochaFrappuccino that I previously ordered, it was 7:51 PM. So I asked him - "then, until what time I can order my Mocha FrappuccinoFrozen?" - and he said - "every day until 7:50 PM." ???? So what happened here was he did'nt want to make my order because heclosed the benders very early, too early!!! ???? And also "Brandon Marino" gave me a sarcastic answer!!! ???? Another days Imade my order of Mocha Frappuccino Frozen at 7:40 or 7:50 PM in that Starbucks and others. ???? So please some Manager has totell the associated "Brandon Marino" do not close the benders too early, if that Starbucks Coffee close at 9:00 PM he shouldclose the blenders around 8:30 PM or well 8:20 PM but not before 8:00 PM. The lady that served my coffee was awful! She was nasty, rolled her eyes, and shoved the coffee my way! When I asked for her... name she yelled "tell my manager she ain't gonna do anything!" Needless to say I'll buy my Starbucks prior to shopping at targetin the future. Read more
This is the closest Starbucks to my home. For several months, every time I ask for an additional fizz in my drink. They tell me... the machine is broken! Seriously, either they are lazy and lying, or they never fix the machine. In either cases, they deserve a1 star for it. Read more
