Husband and I went for dinner early. We had a great waiter (I think it was his 1st day). The recommendations and the attention... was wonderful. Must recommend the pork taquitos they were delicious. Perfect blend of spicy and sweet. Had 2 different sushiroles which melted in my mouth and we shared the carrot cake. 4 people could easily share it was a huge scrumptious slice. Read more
Not sure of they understand how a restaurant should feel like. The acoustics of the space are bad and instead of solving this,... they decide to put super high music, which makes it worst. Non of the things we asked from the menu were available, not even thebeers! The hostesses weren’t helpful; we had a reservation and then wanted to sit us in a bad location. Place was nice good vibe good start to a bad night. Drinks were great at the bar while waiting to be seated. Once seated it went... down hill, server was not attentive on coming around the table on following up with drinks and refilling water. Appetizers cameout one at a time, 5-10 minute a apart not even hot like if they have been sitting on the pass for some time. Dinner entreestook forever to come out of the kitchen waitress come by to tell us 5 minutes our food will be out 30 minutes pass and stillwaiting. Eventually when the food is brought out to us it was cold but looked good and all this happening with the restaurantbeing more then half empty, imagine the service when the restaurant is full (good luck). Icing on the cake, I asked to speak toa manager and that took just as long as the food to come out, I had 3 servers come out to tell me if they can do anything forus, way to late. Finally the manager/ owner??? comes out to just give me the excuse that he had no cooks and he was doing thecooking but was walking around tables during the time we were there (must of had a twin). It is sad to have had such a badexperience when this place has so much potential. I have been eyeing this cute chic little restaurant for a few months and finally decided to try it. To my surprise the food was... superb! I was was surprised with every dish, but I think the crispy rice with truffles was my favorite, Oh and the brusselsprouts can't forget those (I had never tasted them with such flavor before). The sushi was fresh and literally melted in yourmouth! I mean just everything was a 10! I don't think you can go wrong with this restaurant! As well as the food the staff wasso friendly and accommodating. Of course I will return, hopefully sooner than later! Read more
