Just picked up a take out order from Panera in Coral Gables. The French Onion Soup had no cheese in it. There was no bread... either. The Greek Salad was pitiful and wilted lettuce, a tiny bit of feta, and a couple olives. The bowl was less than halffull. Terrible service. The epitome of quiet quitting by the fellow who rang me up and made the food. The first time we went wasok but this is our last trip to this Panera. Clearly they don?t care and I was literally the only one in the store, so it?s notlike they had a lot to do. If I could give zero stars I would. Read more
The only reason I am writing this review is because I had negative experiences two days in a row. Yesterday my sister and I... ordered coffee for pick up and once we began to drink it we realized the milk was expired. There were chunks floating around init. I called and they did not offer me a refund but told me to go back to the store to discuss. I was at work so I was not ableto do so. She also mention that they know the milk is expired and said they threw out all of the milk in their fridge. Today,we ordered a bag of 18 bagels and 2 tubs of cream cheese for my office. The cream cheese was sour. The expiration date statesOctober but this spread was clearly bad. A few people ended up getting stomach aches and throwing up because of the sour creamcheese. I called Panera about 8 times to no avail. I finally called corporate and they assisted but needless to say, I will notbe going back to Panera Coral Gables. On top of all of the expiration issues, it is very hot and musty in that location. Theyhave portable air units everywhere that just blow out air, no circulation. I always seem to forget this is by far the worst Panera Iv seen. The air conditioning always seems to be broken as it was today.... As I was waiting for my food to be prepared, I had to stand there and watch the person preparing the food dripping of sweat andwiping it off with his gloved covered hand. Needless to say my appetite was quickly gone. Just as well as the coffee was coldand the sandwich which was toasted was also cold. Read more
Don't go to this restaurant if you want to eat in. They only cater to Uber Eats and other pick up delivery services. You will... stand and wait for an inordinate amount of time as you watch them prepare to go meals. Our simple order took over 25 minuteseven though there was no one else in the restaurant. Read more

I loved my order. It was turkey avocado sandwich, lemonade, and cinnamon roll. The sandwich is way better than what I expected... it. I really enjoyed it. Definitely will visit again. Good customer service. Keep up a good team work guys. Fingers crossed Read more
No one was around when we walked in. The place appeared closed at 8pm. We ordered from the Kiosk and it took awhile to see... anyone at the front. The air was not working and restroom was like an oven. They did have potable air conditioners that did keepthe place cool if you were near them but the filters had baked on dust in the front, which was unappetizing. I've never seen aPanera like this. However the food was great. Hopefully the air is fixed soon. Read more
Poor service. Everyone takes their time. Expect to wait 10 min for a bagel that ended up not even being toasted
