Got their ?famous cafe bon bon? and it really wasn?t anything special. I?ve definitely had better. I asked for a flan de queso... which is on their online menu but they didn?t have it. So I got the brownie sundae. The brownie was hard and dry. Switched itout for the caramel flan which was ok. They definitely loaded it with caramel syrup which just made it taste very artificial. Capuccino is mediocre. Americano tastes like it was made in an automatic coffee maker. The Cuban toast is not made using... authentic Cuban bread. The omelette was greasy. My little girl didn't like the chocolate chip pancakes (that was a shock-- neverhappened before anywhere else), but she liked her mango shake. Sunday morning and they were out of guava oastries. Gave thisplace two stars because of the mango shake and our server was very nice. Otherwise deserved only one star. Poor qualityproducts, lack of expertise in preparation. Cannot recommend. Have to give this place a 5 star review. It's located in a nice area with other restaurants in the vicinity, very lively and... relaxed atmosphere. If you're in for a Cuban food, you are on the spot.. The service was quick, waitress was friendly and mostimportantly not too pushy. Food was delicious and price beyond reasonable. I am very surprised about the 4 stars this restaurant has on google reviews. Maybe I have a different pallet and have an... appreciation for good food. Nothing against Walmart brand products, but if I am dinning out, I want an authentic, home made foodand dinning experience. Food lacked seasoning, bread was stale and the bacon was horrible. The Americano was sooo watered downit didn?t even taste like coffee. Trust me, Macdonald?s has way better coffee. Heading to Starbucks to get coffee. Read more

I had the Avocado toast with Salmon - very good,... forgot to take picture - & Dina the server prepared us the BEST Caffe Latte with her secret ingredient?so good we went forseconds!
