If I could give 0 stars, I honestly would. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT and SERVICE. I planned a happy hour at Cebada rooftop for my... local women's group and, although it was on a Saturday, George, the manager assured us that we would have the happy hourpricing. Upon arrival to the restaurant (with 25 people), we were placed in the blazing sun, without umbrellas or a fan when theentire restaurant was empty. We were then told that no one knew that happy hour pricing was supposed to be honored, as Georgewas not working that day. Well, the on-site manager called George and then they claimed they would honor it. After two hours ofordering drinks, as we requested our tabs, the restaurant COMPLETELY LIED and informed us that we wouldn't be able to having thehappy hour pricing, unless we put it all on one tab. This was never explained initially. When we called George and spoke toMelissa, they were completely rude and didn't honestly seem to care about honoring their word. For us, it wasn't about theactual money of paying more per drink, it was that we were promised something and then had it completely taken away from us(AFTER WE HAD ORDERED DRINKS FOR HOURS) and then we were treated so so poorly when questioning it. I've hosted countless eventsfor my group all over the city of Miami and I've never been treated this poorly. We won't be returning and I'll never recommendanyone to go to Cebada. There are many other wonderful places in Miami that would appreciate your business. Read more

Nice place with a great environment and location. However, the menu is limited and the servings are really small and relatively... pricey. We had to go to another restaurant after we finished there. On the other hand I have to admit the service was great. Read more
I loved the atmosphere. The water guy was attentive and friendly. The server said that many items on the menu can be dairy free!... I really enjoyed the cauliflower appetizer without the sauce. The corn looked delicious and could be modified to be dairyfree. The only reason I have 4 stars was the end experience. I was in a party of 10 and 13 people showed. There were no extrachairs. There's no standing around the table. (I understand. The place was full) And the owner, I'm assuming, walked up to tellus "Wrap this up, people are waiting for this table." 2 ladies were still drinking and another just placed an order! Cebada?the new hot spot rooftop bar restaurant on Giralda pedestrian only street?located on top of Coyo Taco?is a home run.... Incredible ambiance, great food, cocktails and service. Only open a couple of weeks and is raising the bar for the entirestreet. They have indoor seating as well and an awesome awning that spans about 80 seats if it is raining?you?re covered.Support local. Go check it out! Read more
Everything was great. Loved the DJ! Our cocktails tasted great, their names made for a good laugh. The oyster and stone crabs... were fresh. Unfortunately, the cooked portion of the meal was off. We had the flank steak and it was undercooked. I asked formedium and it was rare. Also, the octopus was slightly overcooked. The ambiance was so nice and our waiter Mathew was welcomingand attentive throughout our meal. Will give the kitchen a second chance. Read more
