The location is nice however the quality of the food has really declined since COVID. We ordered $18 french toast that was more... like toast with pre-packaged syrup containers. There are too few servers and the ones that are there are overworked. Service isslow and food quality and selection is poor. We used to love coming and dining by the pool but now it is not worth the money. Read more

The food here wasn’t something I enjoyed at all. My hubby got the tuna tartare appetizer and did love it. They seriously only... have like 8 menu items right now, so not a ton to pick from. I got the chicken tenders and fries. The fries are shoestring,we’re over cooked and had no flavor. The chicken tender wasn’t good at all. The Biltmore and its amenities are a luxurious yet affordable oasis in the middle of Coral Gables. It's a wonderful spot for an... afternoon bite or an evening drink with friends or colleagues, and there's no better place to enjoy the soft breeze and chirpywildlife than the poolside Cascade Cafe. The food is really good. Fresh, tasty, and great portions that rival in both price andquality other Miami restaurants. I ordered the salmon pizza, and it was pretty good! Food and service are really good. A little bit pricey but you're inside one of the best hotels in Miami so it's totally worth... it. I would only recommend to have more options beyond sandwiches and wraps. Read more
