A coral Gables favorite for decades. Don't bother with fried rice since they started using parboiled rice not very good ,save... your money and calories! White rice pairs better anyway with their great flavors. Parking is not easy or cheap. Read more
This was our first time at Canton Chinese at Coral Gables, My family and I have been coming for years to the other Location in... Kendall ( now it has joined Maki sushi but keeps the traditional Chinese food ) We were close by and decided to try ourfavorite dishes at this location too.. gotta say.. that was a good call! We ordered the Shrimp fried rice and canton steak.Delicious as usual!! The portions are larger and the best .. the price!! You won?t believe it! Delicious Chinese food! I ordered for delivery and my food came quickly and nicely boxed. The delivery driver (Mario) was very... kind. He called me to verify my address and let me know he was close. I got chicken noodle soup, sweet and sour chicken,vegetable lo mein, and an egg roll. Everything was excellent. The portions were very generous. Fist visit was for lunch. For 9 something plus tax you get an impressive amount of food, and it was wonderful. The best hot and... sour soup ($1 upgrade on lunch special but worth it!) Staying close to Aloft Hotels and found location on Uber. Had a craving for wonton soup that was so delicious I forgot to take... a pic before I almost finished!
