Never had a problem with the service, but sometimes the food ain't perfect. The whole point of a restricted menu for locations... like these makes sense, when they can execute the quality. Usually the chicken burgers are juicy and good, but recently went andthe chicken was smaller than usual and slightly overdone. Fries are usually luke warm, or searing hot right out the fryer lol...Maybe my timing is just off. At the end of the day, feels overpriced. Great burgers and best milkshakes.... We love the whole deal

Got a nice science project. It looks like they took everything off a half eaten burger that was in the trash. Can someone also... explain why when I subtract an ingredient I always get treated bad? It's not your recipe why are you offended that I don't eattomato? They didn't even give me a pickle slice or triple O sauce like what!? The Cajun fries were sitting on a whole bed ofseasoning salt, cold and it was also barely edible. Message received, I won't come back. Sorry about your father and whatever hedid to you. Read more

Great experience overall. I ordered via skip the dishes and the packaging and overall quality was exceptional. To start they... sent two bags, one for the cold drink and one for the hot food, where they easily couldn?t packed it in 1, this kept everythingat optimal temperature. My order was the new Kung Pao Chicken burger with the Cajun fries and an iced coffee. Everything tasteddelicious down too the details of their usual good quality napkins. May sound insignificant but I hate when places use cheapnapkins that break apart when you wipe your mouth with them. Overall the food tasted great even though the Kung Pao burger was abit too salty to my taste but that?s just my palette. No complaints overall and for salt lovers I think it was great. The store to my eye wasn't to standard. Very cluttered and not organized at all. Staff were ok but could be more friendly. Food... was kinda greasy and not very fresh. Fries look old and dried out. Washroom was old and outdated and not clean. Soap wasn'tworking. Few parking spots in front were so dirty with food and bags. Prices were ok but I think they have lots to improve. As aCanadian restuarant they should have more pride and attention to their operation. Read more
