Avoid this location!!!! Or make sure to check your order THOROUGHLY. I?ve had to return to get it corrected (multiple times)... only to have them screw it up again even though I fully explained, very slowly, and didn?t use any big words and it was stillwrong. The management needs to hire staff immediately. Maybe even double staff. This location is always swamped with the staff... completely in the weeds. Often times lines are out the door, and mistakes are subsequently made with the orders. Unfortunatelythere are no other locations nearby or I would avoid this one like the plague Edited I tried to go back again, and again wassorely disapointed by the consistantly terrible slow pace. Very complicated ordering system. Last time, I ordered at the counter and did not do it in the right order and did not get... points. I downloaded the app, entered my order. Then they wanted me to pay with Google Pay. I don't use Google Pay. The bill was9.70, the other option was to add $10.00 to a card. I waited in line asked the cashier for help and was charged $10.70. First off i had to get help to even get into the restaurant,the button for the automated door was hidden in the far left corner... which was hard to push due to how hard it was to line up my scooter to reach the button. Then the door only opened for 2secondsto even get in the store was silly. So, a nice guy held the door open for me! I like to be independent but i needed help. Theninside it was so loud i couldn't here the cashier,she talked in circles... I asked for iced decaf but didn't have then when iasked for it she kept telling me it was not called iced coffee but something else. Instead of her confusing me about the rightname of iced coffee she talked in circles! She could've just put the order in instead of correcting me. So frustrating! I justwanted a muffin & an iced coffee! I was already upset i needed help to get into the place. But the service was good other wise!The 2nd lady read the carbs/sugar for the nondairy milk to me. Which was really nice of her as i am diabetic & needed to figureout the amount if sugar/carbs for my coffee. I highly suggest having decaf available for folks sensitive to caffeine!! I ordered potatoes edges. After waiting for them even though they were placed in the container ..The first bite . It was cold.... I told them and the worker offered to microwave them to warm them up. I never had this experience before. They have to machinesbut you can order only at one of them and they had a long line. I asked for an iced coffee and she said she cannot make withdecaf. I insisted to make it mixed. In other stores they never rejected my request. I never had such a bad experience at TimHortons. The lady who seemed to be in charge was not nice the way she talked to me. I hope they will do better. I feel bad forteh pitates being in such a bad state and I am eating them , I would have returned them..but they will end up in the garbage.Other people die of hunger in the world. I am grateful for the food, but they, Tim's guys, need to respect the customers and thefood as well. These potatoes deserve to taste way better. Take care all of you. Read more
Edit May 1st, 2021: Excellent experience, I was here @ around 2:30 PM today May 1, 2021. The 2 female staff (sorry I didn?t... catch the names) were both incredibly friendly and polite. Thus changing my previous 4 star review to a 5. The last coupleexperiences have been pleasant despite pandemic protocols which are always being followed btw. Today was just what I expect froma coffee shop. Friendly and polite staff with speedy service. Two thumbs up/5 star experience. P.S. the recommended NYCheesecake donut was amazing, thanks. Original Review based on previous experiences in 2018-2020: The food and price isreasonable but the service quality is hit and miss. It varies with each person working from terrible to great. I have manyvisits where there is almost no eye contact from people speaking to you like a robot and if you ask a question it's greeted withfrustration rather then a polite answer. Alternatively I have had great staff be pleasant, friendly and helpful. Just don'texpect consistency. Know what you want, order it efficiently and you get what you pay for. Read more
