Always delicious, fresh and in good time. There are a lot of options for pizza places but this is my go to.
Just ordered some pizza. The estimate delivery time was 35min. The pizza arrived after 1 hour and 10 minutes, but this was not... the worst thing. The worst thing was that pizza arrived cold. Better buy a frozen pizza and save some money. Read more
Well after an "estimated" delivery time of 7:23pm... it's now 8:38pm and still no pizza. My 2 year older will just be eating... Mac and cheese and heading to bed cause I don't have it in me to keep him up any longer waiting for a pizza that is probablynever going to come. Read more
Hussan the driver was great. Friendly and kind, very understanding. The establishment itself was very poor. The mobile debt... machine was not working, they told me to drive to the location to pay for the pizza claiming my account didn't have the balanceto pay for their pizza(which was incorrect). They told the diver to lessen my debt bill claiming I had insufficient funds whichwas incorrect. The driver was extremely understanding. I told him I would drive to location to pay. The store was extremelyrude, had little understanding of the situation. I payed for the pizzas and the driver returned to the store and they demandedto him that he give me my pizzas. Very rude. They didn't offer me any refund or apologize for the major inconvenience. Hussanthe driver himself called me and asked for my forgiveness, saying it was his fault and his machine isn't working correctly.Hopefully the establishment will take a note out of Hassan's book and learn some decency. This is not the place I would order again. Running by wrong people and they tend to smoke outside of the store and come back to... make a pizza for customers. It's lucky Panago has a good customer service, so the customer service can fix things, but I wouldnot order anything from this location in the future for many reasons. The other location near Burquitlam location is doing anormal business. Running by Chinese and they are not welcoming to run a business like this in our neighbour. Read more
About as typical an experience as you can get from a franchise pizza location. Owners are a bit brusk when it comes to greeting... and serving customers and their usual customer services is lacking so much that I rarely want to leave any tip but I do so thattheir staff perhaps make a little extra. Generally we get delivery as the service is better. Read more
So I used to work at a Panago so i expected good things and ordered a chicken taco and chicken club. I was so dissapointed to... find very little toppings, and brown lettuce instead of fresh lettuce on chicken taco. Both pizzas tasted bad. Read more
Place is sus as hell. Ordered pizza here once. They delivered wrong one. So we called them. They asked for the wrong pizza back.... I assume to deliver to the right person. Imagine getting pizza delivered to your house that?s already been opened up by somerandom person. What any normal place does it tell you to keep the pizza and refund you or deliver you the right one.
