I stood at the cash for at least 2 mins before the worker even acknowledged I was there. The other girl was just standing... outside the door doing nothing. As seen in previous comments, mask not over their mouths or nose ( as specified in government orders), hanging on their chins.... One girl had her bluetooth headphone in taking calls today while serving me. How absurd is this? 2 girls were working around12pm today, 1 put her mask back on the other literally stood there on her phone call with her white Bluetooth earbud ( only onein her ear) taking calls with no mask covering her mouth or nose simply around her chin. Ministerial order M012 had detailedexplanations of how to wear a mask properly, 1) masks are mandatory province wide 2) masks are mandated in malls. The BC CDCalso has instructions on how to properly wear a mask, which these girls did not read or are simply ignoring public healthmeasures, which your company is then responsible for being they are breaching public health measures within your business. Thisis actually unacceptable and from reading previous reviews this isn't the first time you have been notified. Maybe this needs tobe taken to work safe BC as a lack of action addressing and combating communicable disease within the workplace to staff andclientele. This is an obligation of employers in BC, take the health and safety of your staff and patrons more seriously becausethese girls are showing us, the public that safety appears to not be top priority and I'm sure it is for your business, however,as patrons it tells us a different story when we see things like this happening. Staff takes a long time to recognize a customer is waiting and employees are wearing their masks on their chin (not covering... mouth or nose) while handling fresh fruits/vegetables etc. Read more
Ordered a Big Blue Protein and a Power Peach. Shortly after, the person and I who drank these had stomach pain and food... poisoning. Went to let the manager know (proudly 4 years there). Unfortunately, she smiled and laughed at me and asked medetails about the food poisoning. Lady I don't want to spell out for you which end your drink is coming out. After that she toldme it's impossible for the problem to come from Jugo Juice because they make 30-40 drinks a day and have never had a singlecomplaint. Which doesn't actually prove anything except she most likely won't be checking whatever she was serving to see ifsomething went bad or is stored wrong. Read more

My daughter and I were in Coquitlam Centre and needed a bite to eat for lunch. We'd had a pretty heavy breakfast that morning,... so we really wanted more of a nibble rather than an actual lunch. I bought us Matcha Green Tea Latte, Lavender Black Tea Latte,and Apple Pie Chia Pudding from Jugo Juice . My daughter had the Lavender Black Tea Latte, I had the Matcha Green Tea Latte,and we both shared the Apple Pie Chia Pudding. Neither drink was spectacular but it was a cold, rainy day and we wanted warmdrinks, so that was why I had chosen those drinks for us. In the future I think I will stick with ordering smoothies and juicesfrom Jugo Juice since that's what they're known for. The Apple Pie Chia Pudding was acualIy pretty good; I quite enjoyed it.We were too full though to finish it so I brought it home and finished it the next day. I scooped it out into a bowl and heatedit up in the microwave. It tasted better that way. Apple Pie is after all, better when it's warm. Plus, placing it into one ofour own bowls at home gave me more room to stir it up properly!
