VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! One star for the environment. Zero star for the latte. Let's just say it was the worst latte that I ever... had. Coffee was weak, more like a full cup of steamed milk. Great place to stop for a coffee. The new coffee shop looks swanky and the staff is super nice. While the menu might be limited... because they probably just opened, chances are they are going to get more as the the shop is really big! With more storesopening in that area, there will probably be more stuff coming in! Read more

Very nice location with bright open areas. Super clean and great selection of donuts and baked goods. We did go earlier in the... day so be aware if you go later! The seating arrangements are bigger than most other jj Bean locations. Will definitely be back. Read more

A good place, without anything special. They use the same bakary supplier as other places (but good), you won't find anything... different either. A reduced menu of coffee drinks, but the ones they offer are very good in flavor and aroma. Staff withfriendly attention, I did not appreciate problems as read in other comments. Read more

Good coffee and nice selection of treats. Not sure why the donuts aren?t labelled but everything else is. No menu until you are... standing right in front of the register which is ridiculous and stressful when there?s a line behind you. Staff seemed a littlenew/untrained. Red head on staff started eating behind the counter while food was getting heated up. Food service 101 not to do. Coffee side... staff were on the ball. Food side was slow and lethargic. This location doesn't have the French press coffee. The locationis nice with big wood beams and their food is known to be good. But Staff needs some training. Will try again in a few months. Read more
