Let's get the good stuff sorted. The breakfast menu is solid and the root beer is great. If you are a method actor and need to... be indefinably sad for a role, have an A&W burger. They have somehow taken the feeling of not having anything to look forward tofor a couple of weeks and trapped it between two buns. Also, the sweet potato fries can only be described as "sweaty". There's aBurger King in the Walmart, go there instead. They're not remarkably better, but at least it feels like they are trying. Read more
Ten minutes till closing and most restaurants wouldn?t serve me, but the staff at A&W were super nice and friendly. Even though... I knew they must be tired and want to clean to go home for the day. Great experience. Read more
Yashika (the assistant manager) (at least that was what was on her tag.) Served us this morning. I couldn?t understand why she... kept pressing in all these extra condiments. The only thing I asked for was strawberry jam two packages especially since theydid not have peanut butter. She actually punched in eight packages of ketchup, five strawberry jam, five honey, five packs ofsalt, and five packs of pepper. I understand that there?s no charge but why would she take the extra time to punch all of thosecondiments in - especially when I told her since they did not have peanut butter we would just take *2* strawberry jam in totalfor the two meals we received. The service was great, can?t say the same for the food, this morning , I ordered the Nashville spicy chicken sandwich, the pice... of chicken was pathetic dry and hard like it was old and reheated, very disappointed, expected better from A&W. wouldn?t fit thebun. Read more
It doesn?t have full menu as another brick & mortar stores. Came in wanting the açai smoothie but didn?t have it on their menu.... But this was convenient to get breakfast. while I wait for the stores to open. Would always choose AW over Subway for breakfast.Nice and attentive staff that made sure there?s no meat in my food. As a deaf person, they didn?t make conversation awkward andresumed to write things down on paper for me. That?s a bonus as a Deaf person, no awkwardness :) Read more
