The staff was awesome! Very friendly & attentive to our needs. Too bad the food wasn't. I got a Frisco burger, fries, & onion... rings. The fries were shoestring style, not my favorite by any means. The onion rings weren't good either. The hamburger was dryas well as the bun. Only place open in Ducktown for a meal in this Season. Read more

Ordered 2 separate orders. Got to window, they rang as one, no one inside knew how to correct it, one from inside mosied outside... to walk across the parking lot apparently for help. We told them to forget it. Then after sitting at window more than 10 minuteswe were ask to pull forward, when asked what was taking so long, they said the onions. I ask if burgers would be warm. Pilledforward, waited more...food come out, chicken sandwich was so cool that the cheese wasn't even melted. However onion rings werefresh. They need to up their care and game. Read more
