Placed an order online with an estimated time of 32-28 mins to be ready. Got there a little early so I expected to wait a little... while. Sat there until it had been 50 mins since my order was placed. While sitting there the employees asked me my name 4times. Finally the 4th the cashier found my order on the top shelf that I saw them out there over 20 minutes prior. Needless tosay my food was cold by the time we got home. Read more

So I?m gonna start off by saying Wing Stop wings are great?.but the customer service at this specific Wing Stop is absolutely... trash. Many different times I have ordered from here online and it says my food will be ready at ?X? time. Every time I show upI have to wait another 30 min at least. This time around I placed an order at 5 pm and to have it picked up at 8 (figured abigger heads up would help). Nope. Once again I show up and all the employees look super confused and then tell me it will beabout another 20 min. Not sure who oversees all of this but it?s a super bummer. Wingstop food is always on point ! Unlike their internet connection. Which caused them not to have my order already ready for me... to eat. Their entire system was down and they were only taking cash payments. I went there and was told it?s gonna be anadditional 10 to 15 minutes and I was like you know what, bet. So I sat there and waited an additional 20 minutes and when Iwent back up to the counter they have forgotten so I told him cancel my order and I walked out they were still dealing withtrying to get their Internet connection back up and running and unfortunately Wingstop Corp was refusing to send a technicianwhich would?ve cost them $300 so they can fix their Internet connection and they can have their business up and running in notime so I?m pretty sure they lost a lot of customers and a lot of money that day.
