came in the drive trough, the lady was very nice although i usually get way more macaroni i feel skimped for 1.50 extra in tax
We were told it would be a 8 minute wait for our chicken sandwichs almost 20 minutes later we get them. 2 are hot and fresh the... others old and not great we got 6 total. Oh and every one of them were drowned in mayo every bite you needed a napkin becausemayo was pouring out. Read more
Customer service is very poor especially the assistant manager. Very Rude and Argumentive. Refused to refund a disabled Senior... because they got the order wrong. I called in the incorrect order the same day. The Senior Citizen did not want a food Refundbut the money that was given to purchase the food. Customer still has not received the money. Read more
I swear to god this location and every employee innit is completely incapable of doing their job correctly or in a timely... manner. Like seriously how do you see an order for 3 different sides and then serve the customer 3 orders of fries. How do yousee large and serve small. Are any of you capable of reading? This place is so unprofessional every time I come here I have gotten rushed while trying to order. However this time definitely... takes the cake? we ordered a pretty simple order consisting of a chicken sandwich with fries and a famous bowl. After we orderedwe were told it would a 4 minute wait for the fries and if we could pull off to the side and they would bring it out. Which isfine so we pulled off to the side and waited, after 15 minutes a lady came out and asked us what we had again so we told her ourorder again and she said over her headset what we were waiting on. She went back inside and we assumed she would be coming backwith our order. After waiting another 10 minutes with multiple cars passing us and receiving their orders we went in to thestore. Once we walked in we were again asked what we had so we told them again ? then was handed a meal that was incorrect.Asked to speak to a manager and no one seemed to have an answer we waited 30 minutes at this point and got the wrong ordermaking us wait again for our correct order to be made and after 40 minutes of our time being wasted we were even offered anyhelp or any free items for having waited so long and being forgotten about 3 times. This was an absolutely terrible experienceand I will never be returning here normally I am okay with waiting a little as I understand they may be busy and such and Inever like to complain but this is just beyond unacceptable because we were waiting on our food to be ready we were simplyforgotten about. Don?t go here everytime I go there?s hair in the food. Customer service is completely horrible. They are Confrontational..
The food has great flavor and chicken was juicy! I was going to order for take out but after walking in and seeing how nicely... they decorated for Christmas ???? I decided to stay and dine-in. It was a good decision; I had excellent service, the lady thathelped me was friendly and kind, and the Christmas decorations and the music made for a good atmosphere. Read more
