I've ordered from this location numerous times and been very happy. However my last order I placed and had it delivered. They... gave me someone else's order mine was nearly 40 dollars worth of boneless chicken and a chicken sandwich they gave me 5 bone inlemon pepper wings and some fries. When I tried calling the driver the phone number was not connected when I tried calling thestore it rang and rang till it hung up on me three times. When I went to their website and app to get my refund they had mesubmit a complaint only to send me a gift card for 10 dollars instead of refunding my money so here I am negative 30 dollarshungry and feeling scammed absolutely terrible customer service. i don?t ever go outta my way to be that person leaving a review, as i have been in the service industry for YEEEARS but the... costumer service at this specific location is absolutely horrendous. every time i?ve ordered, they send me with a incompleteorder or a messed up order & every single time they blame the dasher like they?re not sending homie out the door with a SEALEDbag & he?s suppose to know what?s in there?? got told they had to ask their disTRICT manAGER permission first before theyrefunded me. like HUH?? my guuuy, a complete run around & very unprofessional, uncoordinated asshats for staff. I order Wingstop weekly. The last 4 times I?ve ordered delivery from here something is missing from my order. 3 of those 4 times... the food was noticeably not well-done as ordered. Squishy skin and soggy fries. I tried pick up today and of course they didn?tinclude the dips that they want to charge extra for. 2 months ago I ordered delivery through their app and the food never came.When I called the store and after being confused at what to even do, the girl said they would only issue a refund and notreplace the order, even though it was only 9 pm. I was chill about it and asked if they needed my card or could do itautomatically. She said she just entered it during the call and to wait 3-5 business days for my bank but the refund nevershowed up. I honestly love Wingstop so I blew it off but it?s at a point now where they are messing up every single order andmanagement needs to fix these issues and make sure employees aren?t understaffed, are doing the orders correctly, and whateverother issues there are that keep causing messed up orders. I have been here an ungodly amount of times. The wings are always 10/10 regardless of flavor and bone-in/boneless. The ranch is... always 11/10. The only reason a star got taken away is due to soggy fries 9 out of 10 times. Service always takes way longerthan it should be as well. Other than that, this is my comfort food every other week. Literally nothing to complain about this wing stop. Ordered 50 wings with some friends, standard wing stop flavors, quick... service. There?s a limited number of tables but if you show up with 5+ people just push them together. Read more
WORST LOCATION EVER!!! The manager Elosia Is sooo rude. I?ve been there 3 times and each time she is so rude I just walk right... back out. Today I went and before I could even say hello she go on and tells me there is and 1hr and 30 min wait.
