I haven't been able to get to the grocery store in a while but when I went in to Tom Thumb, it was remodeled! It looked really... nice and clean. This store is the worst of all Tom thumb. It's Sunday and they have 2 lanes open. Had to use self check out and their Google pay... pad doest work. Took employees 10 minutes to come in to help. Avoid. Kroger and HEB will put them out of business Edit: I donot want to talk further about the issue, as you already know, along with other similar review from others. You as the ownershould know how to fix them instead of directing us to higher management or your website. Read more
Poor customer service ! I left a voicemail message for a manager and never got called back. It was regarding a sale price not... honored at Starbucks. It?s sad to see when even managers don?t follow through with calling customers back. Disappointing. Thankyou , Tom Thumb ! Read more
Has seemingly gone downhill with regards to cleanliness and care. I know restrooms aren?t a top priority of most businesses, but... I passed by an employee coming out of the restroom while I was on my way in and this is what I saw upon entering..... Makes abig statement on how much the staff care about their jobs and the impression they leave on customers. I typically would havepicked up the DRY trash for the staff, but obviously she didn?t care so why should I? If the paid staff can?t be bothered Ishouldn?t either. Read more
Waited for 45mins , asked for bakery section help to buy the cake.. but nobody came... 3times announced but no response... if... they don't have resource then close the bakery section... very disappointing. Read more
Great store, always clean & well stocked. I always buy my rotisserie & baked chicken there because it's the best of any Tom... Thumb in town that I've been to. Their bakery is also excellent. I have on occasion gone in and made purchases in the morningbefore work, and was greeted pleasantly and rung up quickly by the cashier on duty. This location is my favorite grocery storein the Coppell area, by far. Read more
The store rarely has chicken and when they do it?s old and makes you sick. You can buy .89 pounds of chicken that?s yellow and... brown for around $12. You can ask for fresher ones at the deli but depending on who?s attending they catch an attitude or maytry to trick you into getting the browner ones. As you can see on the photo they put a fresher one at bottom but then try tohand you a old crusty one. The red meat is usually black or grey. Read more
